Sewer Scope
Our certified inspectors use sophisticated sewer-line cameras to inspect up to 120 feet of the home's drainpipe, to examine the sewer lines and other underground pipes for any flaws, imperfections, or serious problems.
Termite / Pest / Wood-Destroying Insects and Organisms Inspection
Includes inspection for termites, pests, rodents, squirrels, wood-destroying insects and organisms & more. Performed by a licensed pest inspector. Even if the seller has a termite warranty, it is important to have this service done because the inspector is looking for much more than just termites.
Mold & Air Quality Testing
Mold is highly prevalent in many homes and exposure to mold can result in numerous health issues for many people. In humid climates such as North and South Carolina, the presence of mold is even more likely. Our mold service utilizes air quality and surface sampling where the results are analyzed by a separate laboratory and additionally, air particle testing is also available!
Radon Testing
Radon is a radioactive gas that is the leading cause of lung cancer among nonsmokers. It is naturally occurring and may exist in dangerous levels in your home without you ever knowing it. Nearly 1 in 15 homes nationwide will have elevated radon levels. In North and South Carolina those numbers are significantly higher with 1 in 5 homes having elevated radon levels. Because you can't smell or taste radon it is important to test. Our service tests for radon for 48 continuous hours using state-of-the-art radon detection equipment.

A Brief History of Raleigh
Raleigh, the capital of North Carolina, was established in 1792 and was named after Sir Walter Raleigh, who sponsored attempts to establish English colonies in the New World. Unlike many other cities, Raleigh was specifically chosen and planned as the state capital due to its central location.
